Current skills and experience I have studied three different shakespeare plays (Macbeth, A Midsummer Nights Dream and The Tempest) I am confident with shakespeare if someone helps me translate the text. I am able to project my voice to fill a room and I am confident speaking aloud in front of lots of people.  I am a very reliable person, so I would to every rehearsal I have agreed to attend to. I like to dance and go to a dance school. I can do tap, modern, contemporary. Also a bit of ballet. Areas to improve I need to improve on singing because I do not have the Confidence to sing in front of people and find it very hard to stay in tune. I need to be more flexible. I cannot do any proper accents, I need to learn how to do different accents incase I am in a play set in a different area. I need to improve by being able to interpret pieces of texts in several ways not just one. I need to learn not to rush my lines. I need to be able to learn my lines quicker and remember my cues. I need to work on comedy because I haven't really done that style of Acting before.

Current skills and experience I have done a tiny bit of makeup before (cuts and bruises.) I am quite good with numbers, therefore I am good with finance. For one of my friends end of year performances I did the lighting. I have done a small amount of directing at my old school. Skills to develop I have never written a proper script. I'm not very good at marketing things. My IT skills need to improve. I have never done stage design. I would like to direct a bit more.

Current skills and examples I am an organised person, this could help me with organising rehearsals and staying on top of theatre work. I have worked in a team several times before for all different activities. I enjoy working in a team because everyone gets to share their ideas and come up with a plan using everyones input. Areas to improve I need to improve on my communication because lots of the time people talk over me so my suggestions are not heard and other times I just don't put anything into the discussion because I don't think my ideas are good enough.
